We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Tags must be intact

  • Return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product

  • Product must not be from a Sale or Clearance collection (non-returnable)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or washed products

  • Items without tags or original packaging

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Sale or discounted items

🔁 Exchange Policy

We allow size exchanges for the same product if stock is available.

💸 Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • You’ll be notified via email or WhatsApp once the refund is initiated

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item is incorrect or damaged, we will arrange a free pickup or replacement.
